What CRCA collects
Reports, assistance requests, offers of help and meeting responses may include your name, phone number, area and the details you choose to submit. Assistance requests may also include household information needed to verify and coordinate support. Meeting responses may include the concern or evidence link you ask CRCA to represent.
Why it is collected
CRCA uses the information to verify submissions, contact you, coordinate volunteers, follow up on community matters, represent residents at meetings and match verified needs with suitable offers of help.
What is public
Contact details, private assistance information and individual meeting concerns are never published. A community report remains private until an authorised administrator confirms that its public wording is safe. Public pages may show approved campaign summaries, aggregated report or participation totals, meeting outcomes and commitments specifically marked safe for residents.
Who can access private information
Access is limited to authorised CRCA administrators and volunteers who need the information to manage the request. CRCA should not share private information with another organisation or sponsor unless it is necessary to coordinate the requested help or required by law.
Retention and correction
CRCA should keep personal information only as long as it is reasonably needed for follow-up, accountability and record-keeping. To request access, correction or deletion, contact CRCA through its established community contact channel and quote your reference number.
Your responsibility
Do not submit another person’s private information without permission. Do not use this system for immediate danger, crime in progress, medical emergencies or suicide risk; contact emergency services directly.
